Our Saxons, Vikings and Normans Topic Boxes are suitable for KS1, KS2 and KS3, and are available for schools to hire in the South East of England, including East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent and Surrey.
Historically, with three contemporary cultures all jostling for supremacy in many of the same places we had to create this Topic Box very carefully. Aiming to present the absolute best and most interesting elements from all three groups we actually had a lot of fun putting this box together.
What Vikings, Normans & Anglo Saxon Artefacts are inside?
From chainmail to chess pieces and fibulas to helmets, a selection of artefacts as exciting as this is often kept out of reach in closed display cases, but we have focused on creating a fun and stimulating hands-on collection for your classroom.
Everything in the Saxons, Vikings and Normans Topic Box is inclusive and exciting which can be used independently, or alongside the accompanying readymade teaching resources created by our team of teachers. Including ‘start’ and ‘end of topic’ materials, classroom activities, starter materials, and cross-curricular themed lessons.
